SAMIRUL ARIFF BIN OTHMAN    Samirul Ariff Othman is a widely quoted Economist & International Relations Analyst. He was a Senior Research Officer at the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER). He attended Macquarie University where he graduated with a Master of International Relations degree and Sydney Institute of Business and Technology (SIBT) where he undertook modules in Economics, Finance and Marketing.
